1. Remedial Coaching for Weak Students

  • Objective: Help academically struggling students boost performance in core subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Sciences).
  • Format: After-school sessions (2–3 days a week) led by senior faculty and trained assistants.
  • Groups: Small batches (5–10 students) for personalized attention.
  • Supportive Materials: Custom worksheets, previous-year question booklets, and access to e-learning modules via the college’s app.

2. Financially Concessional Coaching

  • Eligibility: Economically weaker students from SC/ST/OBC/General categories—assessment based on family income (e.g., ≤ ₹2 lakh/year).
  • Fee Subsidy: 50–100% waiver depending on income verified via income certificate.
  • Courses Covered: Bridge courses for 1st year UG and PG (e.g., remapping for science stream students or language basic for Arts entrants).

3. Special Coaching for Competitive Exams

  • Target Audience: Leaving standard curriculum students aiming for civil services, state govt exams, NET, and UGC-JRF.
  • Schedule: Weekend classes + expert-led seminars.
  • Support Offered: Scholarships, study material, model test papers, mentoring, and occasional free coaching camps with senior faculty.

4. Mentorship & Peer Tutoring

  • Senior Mentors: Volunteer UG/PG students provide academic guidance, regular performance feedback, and help set study plans.
  • Peer-Learning Clubs: Study groups meet 1–2 times weekly for group work, topic discussion, and shared learning.

5. Enrollment & Application Process

  1. Discover: Students are informed through notice boards, mentor meetings, and the college app.
  2. Apply: Fill out a short form (physical or via app).
  3. Screening: Faculty evaluates academic records to assess eligibility.
  4. Batch Allocation: Small group formation based on subject area.
  5. Commence Classes: Begin coaching with assigned faculty/mentor.
